Is your software ASP based?
ASP in general is nothing more than a Web programming model. Most people are under the impression that an ASP model is the only way to have access to the system from any location. This is wrong.
Our software is based on a client-server model but still allows for remote connections via a secure VPN tunnel. We call this model our NavASP+ since it does have some advantages over a standard ASP model. See networking for more information.
Do you provide a data hosting service?
The standard way is for the client to host their own data as this provides faster access to the system. We also offer to host a clients data for a monthly maintenance fee. See Data Hosting for more information.
I already have an EMR system and am looking for a replacement, do you do conversions?
Absolutely! Our team of programmers will work with you to convert all of the data in your old system to Clinical Navigator.
Is your software Windows only?
Yes. Our software was developed using the Microsoft .NET Framework and works only on the Microsoft WindowsTM operating system.
Can I access the system from home?
Yes. Via secure connection through our NavASP+ you can access the system from anywhere you choose.
